¡Viva la Verde!
Thank you for your interest in our organic, home grown business. The name of our business is ¡Viva la Verde! in honor of our desire to live green and our love for the Spanish language, culture, and food.
We started VV in April of 2009 by selling our foods at the Beaver Street Farmers Markets in Jacksonville, Florida. We saw the need for home delivery of our food to customers in Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Putnam County. We are happy to provide some wonderful and tasty organic produce, as well as any bulk items you may need to complete your healthy kitchen, such as olive oil, sesame seeds, almonds, almond butter, and natural sweeteners such as honey and agave nectar.
We would also like to tell you about our raw vegan prepared foods that we sell–foods that have helped us over the years to transition to a healthier lifestyle, like yummy salad dressings, vegan cheese spreads, and desserts. We have a regular weekly menu and also specials each week that we only prepare periodically.
We are excited to work with you! We love what we do, and we are here to help! Let us know how we can best serve you. If there are any questions regarding any emails, prices, or products you receive from us, please do not hesitate to ask us. We update our menu items every weekend, and our new produce list is available every Monday. We try to gather all the orders on Tuesday as we pick up our produce from several different vendors on Wednesday morning. We pack the orders Wednesday afternoon, and deliver Thursday morning.
