Sugar House Farmer’s Market

Sugar House Farmer’s Market

Located in the heart of Sugar House, our goal is to create a neighborhood market for local growers, ranchers and locally made foods and crafts. The Sugar House Farmers Market believes in “growing farmers” and is proud to introduce small and emerging urban farms to the community.  While our emphasis is on local farmers and ranchers, we also provide booth space for arts and crafts, packaged foods such as cheese and pasta, and prepared food for eating on site (stay and have dinner with the family!).  We are excited to offer live, scheduled entertainment each week as well as special activities for kids, like the Junior Farmers Passport (in partnership with Slow Food Utah) and fall pumpkin carving.  This year, we are also offering weekly booth space to young entrepreneurs age 16 and younger. Help us support our community of growers and small entrepreneurs in Sugar...

Lifefood Organic

What is Lifefood? LifeFood is fresh fruit, vegetables, nut and seed prepared at temperatures under 118F to preserve precious enzymes. Enzymes are the life force of food. Nuts and seeds are soaked and sprouted for digestability. LifeFood is vegetarian, prepared with the highest quality ingredients on the planet. Our raw goat cheese is from a local farm where goats live a nice and happy life. About Lifefood Organic We have created healthy grab-and-go prepacked raw living vegetarian cuisine. Our recipes are crafted from the highest integrity ingredients with one special twist; nothing is heated over 118 degrees so all the precious enzymes in the food are preserved. When food is cooked above this temperature enzymes die and heat sensitive vitamins like Vitamin C diminish in potency. Enzymes must be there for digestion to occur. When processed and denatured food is eaten, the body must scavenge for digestive enzymes already on hand, so it costs you something. This slow...
