Established in 2008 by Jonathan Insetta, Brian Siebenschuh, & Crystal Vessels, we at Orsay strive to provide a warm, genuine dining experience without pretense in a bustling, fun atmosphere with smiling, attentive service.
As a French bistro incarnated in the American south, our menus feature some extremely traditional Paris bistro classics, alongside dishes that apply French technique but bring in some southern American influences. As a recipient of Slow Food First Coast’s Snail of Approval, responsibly produced ingredients are always a focus for our food menus, as well as our wine list and cocktail menu.
Since basically everything on our menu is made from scratch, there’s really no “hidden” gluten in any of our dishes. All of our sauces are based on reductions, not thickened with flour, so we’re able to offer our guests that are following a gluten-free diet the majority of the items on our full dinner menu.
