Our concept is focused on healthy eating by bringing you healthy, organic, natural, and fresh ingredients. We do this by not using microwaves, not frying our foods, or using frozen foods. We only serve Himalayan Salt and Alkaline Water with pH value of 8.
Our goal is to provide you with food that is high in nutrition. We have slow cooking processes not to kill the nutrition as much as we can. We also offer gluten free and vegetarian dishes as well as a raw vegan salad bar. We have 32 gluten free; 28 vegetarian and 34 dairy free products. Also We have 16 raw vegetable and fruit juices as a good completion of your meal. We try to serve high alkaline foods, but it is fine to indulge yourself here. Our natural beef, natural and free range chicken and wild caught seafood are low in calories and saturated fats.
