Independence Park Farmer’s Market
35 vendors offer everything from fresh, seasonal and some organic fruits and vegetables, locally produced honey, meats (including Halal), eggs, French and Polish baked goods, olives, spices, fair trade gourmet coffee, organic household cleansers, live plants, made-to order crepes, tamales, English bangers, meat rubs and marinades, dry soup mixes, mushrooms galore, kettle corn and much more.
Music and family entertainment includes bluegrass musicians, the Indy Park Jammers, who invite everyone to join them in playing and singing, and a Children’s Craft Class is from 10 am – 12 Noon.
The Independence Park Farmers Market was deemed to be “…Worth a trip” by the inaugural 2011 Michelin Guide, the 2012 edition of this prestigious publication and in the 2013 edition as well!
